Most of the phase changes make sense to me, but this video provides a helpful model for a state phase not seen in daily life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stemmayhem.com\/how-does-kinetic-sand-work\/\">Kinetic Sand (article &amp; video)<\/a> &#8211; Kinetic sand is such an interesting toy for children and I was wondering if the &#8220;kinetic&#8221; in the name linked with atomic theory. Indeed, the atoms within the 2% of the product have distinctions that give the special sand its unique properties. This site helped address some of my misconceptions with the phenomena of &#8220;Kinetic Sand.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=pH7VfJDq7f4\">Why Bridges Move (video) <\/a>&amp; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.constructionequipmentguide.com\/the-mighty-mac-a-sublime-engineering-feat\/8153\">The Might Mac (article)<\/a> &#8211; This summer, I had the opportunity to cross the Mackinac Bridge. It stressed me out, but it was fascinating to learn about how it works.
