I believe that I am called to use my abilities so that every student, regardless of social class or race, will have an equal opportunity to find success inside and outside the classroom.

I believe teaching students life skills is the most important part of my job. My goal is to show students how to fail and then come back stronger. I will put my students in a position to use their strengths and weaknesses then challenge them to improve on both.

I believe that it is my duty to foster a safe and positive learning environment so that students will be able to use mistakes as an opportunity to learn without being afraid to fail.
