I.   My first goal is to continually grow my faith in Christ.

• This is the most important because Christ should be at the center of all we do.  Without faith, we are lost, but He has chosen us and it is our job to share His love with those we encounter.
• One way that my faith can grow throughout my time here at Concordia is to continue going to the Fidelity Bible Study and other campus wide options.  Not only should I stay involved in those activities, but also I need to be in the Word on my own.

II.   Another goal of mine is to grow in confidence.

• I need to be able to be in charge of my future classroom and not just stand aside and let others run it.  I also need to work on carrying my voice throughout the room.
• I have had numerous presentations through my classes that have already helped tremendously with this.  Also, along with furthering my education will give me confidence in the knowledge I will learn.

III.   Also, I feel that it is important for me to learn what makes a classroom run.

• I do not currently posses a ton of knowledge of the background work involved in teaching.  I have started learning the beginning steps and have enjoyed them so far.
• Getting the most out of every class that I take will give me the best opportunity to increase what I know about teaching and classroom management.
