I was born and raised in Omaha, NE. My father is a teacher, and my mother is an accountant; I also have two siblings, Clara and Blake. Clara is a senior at Creighton University, and Blake is a freshman at Hillsdale College. All of my life, my family has attended Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church, and I was also able to attend Concordia Lutheran Schools of Omaha. Both my church and school were huge blessings to my spiritual growth, which I am very thankful for.
Growing up, I have played a number of different sports. Even though it may not look like it in this picture, soccer has always been my favorite sport to play. At Concordia, I have gotten to play soccer at the collegiate level and would love to be able to coach in the future.
In the summer, I love fishing, camping, and doing lots of other activities in the outdoors. Spending time with family and friends, reading, and anything involving music are some of my other favorite pastimes. I also love any opportunity to travel!
I graduated from Concordia University, Nebraska where I majored in Middle Level Education with emphases in Mathematics and Language Arts, while also obtaining a Lutheran Teacher Diploma. At Concordia I had the opportunity to grow in many aspects of my life, and I also gained awesome friendships and memories that I will always cherish. Currently I am teaching at Prince of Peace Christian School in Fremont, CA in junior high and loving it!
