What was the main objective of the article?
The objective of the article is to get people to start doing different things in their life to improve the quality of their life.
How did the author go about investigating the issue?
The author went out by basically having the big idea of each paragraph as the header and then went on in that short paragraph to express how to improve the quality of a persons life.
Did the author site any credible sources?
The author did not cite any credible sources because it is all his thoughts on what human beings can do to improve their quality of their lives.
What were the main findings or conclusions?
Two of the main findings that stuck out to me personally was to each day just sit down by yourself and go deeper into your thoughts. Basically it is like you are speaking to God and trying to find some answers in life on how to improve it. Then the other thing that stuck out to me was him saying to make it a point each day to do something bold. I really liked this because many people just stay in their comfort zones usually and he is saying get out of these and experience more things that are out there in life that could possibly increase the quality of your life.
