Truth for a scientist believes that something is possible or that something can be done and then they go test and prove that it is the truth and that it can happen. Theories are at the stage before they are the truth, which then becomes a law. The law is the truth because it has been scientifically proven and there are facts and evidence that the things have occurred. I don’t think that a mathematician would answer this question differently because there is proof that an answer is what it is because of the different steps and the different process that you have to go through to get the answer or the truth. A lawyer I think has truth as well because they have proof and evidence to prove their case and prove why they are or should be right. Sometimes the judge thinks thought that they are not telling the truth. The profession that I think of when it comes to truth is a pastor. They give messages about God and what He is doing and what He has created for His people. The pastors relay these messages to the people and the pastors get their facts and information from the Bible. Sometimes they will even give examples of their own personal experiences with God and they share the truth.
- I would tell the person that I can’t prove to you that he exists, but I can give you examples and reasons to believe why he exists. I have talked to God and have got answers from God. I have asked and prayed for His healing and He healed me, I have asked and prayed for forgiveness and He forgave me. The Bible and my experience is the truth for me why God exists. For why to become a Christian, I would tell them to simply come to church with me sometime and experience it for themselves. Then I would explain how the people here are followers and believers of God and believe in the power of Him. The people her will welcome, praise, worship, and receive the message of God all together. It teaches you how to not only live in a God like way on Sundays, but it teaches you how to live a life centered on God every moment of your life.
