My name is Rachel Smithley. I am currently in my fourth year of study in the field of Elementary and ESL education. I plan to teach in underprivileged urban school districts where I aspire to give these students the best education and brightest opportunities as possible so they may achieve their goals.
Our students deserve strong leaders and role models in thier classrooms. I strive to grow as a leader and am here to team up with other educatores who have the passion and are still trying to develop thier authoritative voice and role in the classroom.
