Head Boys Basketball Coach

  • Thayer Central High School (Hebron, Neb) May 2019 — May 2020
    • Improved win total from 2 to 7, including the first district playoff win since 2014, while returning one senior, losing 7 players of the 10-man rotation from the previous year, and having leading scorer miss 9 games due to injury
    • Created a positive team culture by instituting the following team building activity schedule: Minute To Win It Monday’s, Triple H Tuesday, Competition Wednesday, Trick Shot Thursday, and Would You Rather Friday

Assistant Basketball Coach
