In class, through synchronous learning, we got to witness the demonstration of the air pressure crushing a can. This article explains the principles of this including air pressure, Newton’s 2nd law, equilibrium, and condensation’s effect on pressure. In addition to describing this in depth, it shows a short gif of the same demonstration taking place.
During this unit, we covered the hydrostatic paradox. This website explains the hyprostatic paradox and even provides the formulas that are responsible for making it work. The website even gives practice problems to try and understand it and the solutions to understand it and make sure it works.
